The WTFL's 2009 Women's Skills Clinic attracted media attention from: Global TV, The Winnipeg Free Press, The Winnipeg Sun, city-wide Canstar weeklies (Herald, Lance, Metro, Times) and HOT 103. THANKS to the local media who are always so generous in their support.

The success of this event is THANKS to all the participants and of course the volunteers who helped make the 2009 WTFL Women's Skills Clinic a success once again. Despite the weather forecast and morning snow(!), the afternoon was sunny, balmy and PERFECT for football.
It's so encouraging to have numerous skilled gents volunteer their time - as well as a variety of women's teams pitching in. The Women's Division is as good as we all make it and judging by the participation on Saturday - it's pretty darn awesome! ;-)

It was like Super Bowl Media Day out there!
Did anyone see, or know when the report might be shown. I did see Sunday's Free Press Page 2. Any others?
