August 1st & 2nd, 2009
Entry Fee: Men's Teams $450/Ladies Teams $450 (All out of town women's teams will receive $100.00 off registration fees)
Location: Ellerslie Rugby Park (Field Map), 11004 Ellerslie Rd, Edmonton, Alberta
Host Hotel: Travelodge Edmonton South: 10320 45 Ave. (Map) 780-436-9770. Mention the ETFA when booking your room(s) for the special rate.
Hotel Amenities: Indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, complimentary continental breakfast, room service, and valet laundry service. All rooms feature cable TV, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, complimentary coffee and tea, writing desks, free high-speed Internet access, dataports, and voicemail.
Room Rates: $100.00 +GST

Some updated info from this tourney was emailed to me today:
Referee’s will be paid $30.00 per game. Out of town referee’s will get 2 free Meals and Hotels paid for.
Deadline for entries is Tuesday July 27, 2009. The Schedule will be emailed out no later than Thursday July 30, 2009.
