Anyone been effected by the new rule changes for 2009?

I have called one of those 10 yd. penalties for kicking out of bounds.

The second rule involved the "bounce back" situation (I am paraphrasing) on a punt. I think we called that one once and waived the penalty.

Finally the Centre /rusher rule where ya can't line up 1 yd off anymore.(again paraphrasing)

I've done the first 2 and gave a warning on #3.

The 10 yard penalty on the kickoffs is a good one I think.

I hate the no-yards rule in general.
