Game 7! It brings back serious overtones doesn't it............if you're a hockey fan, that is!!
Naw, it's actually game one of the second 3rd of the season!(according to the accounting firm of Bell, Brar and Mitchnik)
And what better way to start than with the # 1 team in the league, in for a visit, at the conclusion of "Summer week" in Winnipeg, the Montreal Alouettes!!
Are the Alouettes that good?
I don't think so!
Their QB, what's his name???, just throws those short passes, and Calhoun (who is good), makes those circus catches. Take that away and what do ya have??? Bomber victory, to end the summer!!!
So, Yes, I am predicting a Bomber victory...I mean the Bombers rose from the grave at Calgary, during the second half....and what a thumping they laid on the Stamps. The running game was reborn. Smash and Thrash, that's what I call our two backs, Reid and Yverson "whoever."
While there is concern that the Wpg Receivers suck....Romby Bryant still pouting about his buddies release????has done squat, and should be looking for a Touch team come Labour Day, and what about that guy they got from Saskatchewan, "what's his name?".....no wonder our passing game sucks. The only receiver we have is Edwards....our running game rocks!!!
I digress.
"Dance with the ones that brung ya," my old dance partner used to say. Yeah, so ride them horses, let the hogs run wild, mow down the lark defence and pile up 300 yardss rushing.
I predict the end of "Summer week" in Winnipeg will see the Blue Bombers trounce the Als, 36-18. ya read it here first!!!:)
Now the real question is, Who wins, "Game One," of the "2nd round"
Here we go Bombers here we go!!

Al-you-all-wet??? er........ All you wet, or whatever their name is....????What is this "Bourke-Lambert-Chiu-Flory-Perrett," is that some sort of tongue twister?? Have you been suckin back some Beaujelais?, some port or Baby Duck?
Flory Perret, what's that a flower in Paris?? How about some Perrier water? Bourke and Lambert the two hockey players chew what??? You're going to seewhy those guys quuit hockey and now will quit football afer this game.
Try this one, "Peter-Piper-Picked-a-Pickle-of-Peppered-Pimps!" Yeah us Anglophones (that's English to you!Frenchy!!!) know tongue twisters as well!
Best Offensive line???? Sure if you only have to protect for 1 second, so what's his name can throw a 3 yard pass to Rory Calhoun!! What else they got??? Tough to throw from the seat of your pants.
You want offensive lines??? Try this one, our defensive line lead by Player of the week Doug "the Hammer" Brown, "is faster than a Japanese rhythm section!!!"(just take a moment to picture it)
Look "Mon amis," I don't want to jeopardize French-English relations, lord knows the French don't need anything more to whine...er complain..er talk about, but the French lost Canada a few hundred years ago, and as we all know History often repeats itself. If ya haven't noticed it's "Retro" day at the old ball park, and the Blue Bombers will fall in line and like the British will defeat the French, yet again.....
No way, this is the Fred Reid, Romby Bryant coming out party!!! Darren Bishop will toss at least 3 TDs, plus the new kick return guy will take one to the house. (That's maison to you!!)
There is no way the All-wets are going to win. The Bombers just had 355 yards in thelast half they played. Do you know what that equals in a game??? I don't, but it's lots (Leslie, what's that equal??........) yeah .....alot!
The "All-you-all-wets, " will start their customary second half of the schedule nose dive, come this saturday.
Hey, anyone know if there wil be fireworks after the game?(to celebrate the Bombers Monster victory??)

British ??? What the hell is the British have to do with (American) football ??? And I thought we were all Canadians. My bad. Are you a history teacher (ya right) ? Cause you sure ain't a french one. Stick to football in this one, trust me.
Darrell, didn't you know you're not suppose to mix alcohol with your Viagra ? Even if you put it in your coffee in the morning...I hope for you that DARREN Bishop throws 3 TDs cause MICHAEL Bishop will only throw 3 Ints. Romby Bryant ? Even Eric Wilson (you remember Eric Wilson ? He played for the Bombers at some point), a 6'4" 300 pounds DT (yes a DT !) has more TD passes that Bryant !!! A pass thrown by 2nd string Adrian McPherson, who has a better QB rating than Bishop, LeFors, Randall and Williams COMBINED !
FYI, a little geography lesson for you. Chiu is from Vancouver, Perrett is from Lethbridge, Flory is from Regina, Bourke is from Windsor, and only Lambert is from Montreal. Now THAT is the REAL "Canadian shield"...
On an "all wet" soaked field, the All-you-wets will own it.
Now go back to bed Darrell. You can wake up when the nightmare is over Sunday morning.

I can't believe it???? Je suis tres malade, Oh Maze-O, owwwhhhhooo, how? why?, if only he wouldhave thrown more than 4 yards.....why????....how????

SANA rules!
That's a good score!!!!
Down with those alouette dogs.
down down down, in a burning ring of fire,
they wish they wouldn't of played so their standing would be higher.
They're going down, le grand wie,...in a burning ring of fire!
Here we go Bombers here we go!
Go Sana, go Sana, Go Sana...:)

chomp, chomp, chomp, *burp*........I am eating my words!
OK, let's be serious for a minute,...OK well for a couple seconds!
Mike Kelly sucks! His "system" is a recipe for disaster. Lyle bauer hired these clowns and so far three of five have not worked out.
They call it "Professional football" Can I get my moneyback? What's professional about putting back and inept boy to return kicks? repeatedly, year after year after year. Apparently Keith Stokes has been calling and has been turned down (under the guise of "new direction" and he fumbles too much)..........Hmmmmm. Well how about them Bombers? What is the new direction? Down as fast as possible, and fumbling on two successive kick returns.
The Als were superb, as we suspected they would be. Dink and dunk passes, nothing we did not expect, coupled with gifts (fumbles by Bombers) and missed tackles on the one pass, and that's the game. Thank God Montreal played very vanilla in the 2nd half.
Mr. Alouette is the expert predictor for this week, and receives the game ball. Plus, I'll owe ya a few of that dark brown stuff you were pounding back...at least Hoots was fun!!......
It's like we have to move away from Winnipeg to see some professional football..... maybe to the USA!? At least they had comedian Bob Hope, and singer Johnny Cash and that great entertainer Stevie Wonder! Because in Winnipeg, we have no hope, less cash, and it's no wonder we are in such a situation! (heh! heh!)
when does the Moose season start???
