Was just curious. There is no longer a link for registration forms. If we were to bring a new player onto the team would they only have to fill out the insurance form and pay the fee, and then be added to the roster online?

yes, fill out the insurance form and mail it with payment to the league address. Also that player has to signup to the site and you have to add him to your roster.
