Is there any rule against an elite quaterback playing qb for an division 3-4 etc team?
Personally I don't care regardless, just curious what the rule on this is.

There isn't any rule directly against it. There is the wording in the rule that the executive rule an upper division player ineligible for a lower division team if they feel it is giving the lower division team too much of an advantage. The rule words it better then I just put it though; it is in the by-laws.
