Hey everyone, the playoff schedule is now up under the schedule link. As promised all championship games have been booked at Canadinns Stadium. With the tremendous growth of the league the stadium had to be booked for two full days - October 20th and 21st! As long as the Rifles don't have a home playoff game that weekend we have the stadium (slim chance, otherwise we will book elsewhere).

Very quickly - all games for playoffs are tentatively listed as 1st seed, 2nd seed, etc. The seeding refers to where you rank within your division. So if you see 1st seed vs 4th seed that refers to the top team remaining in any given division playing the fourth best team remaining. All playoff brackets are reseeded according to NFL/NHL style rules, not ridiculous NBA rules. Team names will be substituted for "seeding arrangements" when the standings become final.

Elite Division - 4 teams, 1st vs 4th, 2nd vs 3rd
1st Division - 5 teams, 1st-3rd get byes then reseeded 1 through 4
2nd Division - 5 teams, 1st-3rd get byes then reseeded 1 through 4
3rd Division - 8 teams, 1st vs 8th, 2nd vs 7th, etc
4th Division - 11 teams, 1st-5th get byes then reseeded 1 through 8
5th Division - 8 teams, 1st vs 8th, 2nd vs 7th, etc
6th Division - 13 teams, 1st-3rd get byes then reseeded 1 through 8
Rec Division - 14 teams. 1st-2nd get byes then reseeded 1 through 8
Womens Division - 14 teams, 1st-2nd get byes - teams then reseeded into top 6 and bottom 8 to split womens into two divisions - two separate finals one for Womens A and Womens B

whaddaya mean slim chance for the Rifles to host a playoff game....you don't believe in the coaching staff?? grrr......

The coaching staff I think is the least of the Rifles problems ... perhaps if you put down the clipboard and suited up they would have a better chance!
