That will be the image you get when there is no current image on the website for you. There will be the ability to upload your pictures soon.

You can now upload your own photo of yourself.
After logging in, click on "My Profile" on the left hand side of the site. You can edit your profile in there and upload a pic of yourself there.
Images won't appear on the site until they are approved by the league, so keep it clean, otherwise we'll delete it.
