how about some results from the WTFL championship weekend??
come on boyz fill the rest of us in who did not have the pleasure of playing this weeked.

Not sure the scores but Morningwood knocked off RC Hitmen in a close battle of evenly matched teams. Morningwood started strong, but needed a last minute TD to fend off the charging Hitmen. Highlights included the Morningwood QB bonging a beer during the first quarter to spur the offense.
ATHF also knocked off the Griffins in a game filled with highlight reel catches and picks. All QBs from the old Banditos three-headed QB attack were in action. Props to the play of Kerry Surinx who is one of the classiest players in the WTFL. Close battles all year between the two teams.

The Result are being tabulated as we speak. I am in de-tox for another 24 hours. I have been told by the advisary committee, not to post within 48 hours unless I pass it through the censor. She said she'd leave her e-mail address and phone #, so I wouldn't have to try and find it in my computer addressbook. (3 or 4 mouse clicks ) She didn't. So I am. But I can't, but I am trying, but it ain't working.
In all sincerity (yeah right!) I will start now, and will have all the results up by Wednesday evening.
Games were great, with a ton of great plays.
We should have videotaped the entire thing and then partied at the Blue and Gold room...(Sun Center) Schedulling conflicts with the Rifles/Stadium/Bombers, also prevented it, as well as a lack of volunteers.
We need a party committee. Meet once a month,complimentary 24, every meeting.Hold it in the whirlpool suites in canadinns.

Just having the dry heaves as I type here...The Bush league, is that where the Nomads played this past year? I got the results baby.
