I mentioned that tournaments offer the chance to play new competition, OK here it is. An example of what could be. The formation of the Prez's WTFL Dream team. (Made up of Non Elite players)

The combination of the best non- elite players "Presidents Summer tournament Dream team." If I could, I'd get these guys on my dreamteam, to kick Assassin and Avenger and Regina butt.

Someone said ya need strength down the middle. OK

Swing - Brian McKnight,Sonja Leung

Defence- Dion "Primetime" Knol. Kasali "Big Papa" Akili, Kirby "Robber" Schwaykosky
Corners - Olie Bereznay, Erik Gustafson, Kyle Ashuk
Inside DB's Ian Steeves, Shaun Howell
Rushers - Greg Robinson, Rod Schwaykosky, Gladys Ordonez

Am I missing anyone?

Good young and old QBs The teachers and the students
Both centers - coming off awesome years
Inside receivers - a Dream - All with super hands,and 2 of 3 can go deep. Plus they give us web site publicity, free uniforms and perfect operating vehicles.- Hey ya have to make it attractive to play on the team right?
Outside Receivers - Quietly under-rated go about their business guys. (OK, maybe not Phil)
Swing - either /or.... one with hands and one with blazing speed

Defence - "Safeties" - Those guys are so smart, if ya throw anything deep and they are back, it's their ball!!
Corners - Smart and can cover ground amazingly
Inside guys - imtimidating and can move
Rushers - among the best.

Of course the beauty of the players is that they are somewhat interchangeable. The defence can play anywhere. Ditto the O

Team building. Well as noted we have uniforms covered,cars serviced/repaired, and free publicity. Now post game beers ? - Hmmm? Amici's or The Gates????
Startegy (It's like strategy)- Ya have the Rifles O coordinator -soon to be Bisons? ya have two NFL pedigree offspring, so I can talk to their Dads for coaching advice (and they are super guys to talk to)
Ya have the Indoor League's all time Interceptor and leading scorer.and probably the outdoor league's leading interceptor on D.

Ya have the best DB in the league.
Ya have the most improved center, and the wisest
Ya have a Doctor.
Two babes that can fly
and the best Non elite rushers.

Can you say Tournament Dream team.
